    Correct Thilina, As you mention above are correct and need to Keep in mind that culture is constantly a work in progress. It can and will change. Make culture as important as company strategy. It’s too significant to ignore, and shaping it is one of your most important duty as leaders and HR professionals to make better place for employees and business

    Good one! Thilina, each and every organization has to do a survey whether the employee is satisfied or not. if it's a great workplace I don't think the employee will move out of an organization therefore recruiting and new employee training costs may come down.
